# System Requirements

> Your computer must meet the minimum & recommended technical specifications outlined below to run and use Draftable Legal.

  **Note:** Draftable Legal only supports x64 architecture, 32-bit is no longer supported.

### Minimum requirements

*Operating system:* Windows 10 64-bit

*Processor:* 1.8 GHz Processor 

*RAM:* 2 GB

*Disk space:* 1.5 GB (This excludes space required for document files or dependencies.)

*Software requirements:*

* To compare Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents and use the 'Export to Track Changes' feature, Office 2013 Pro Plus or later (including Office 365) is required.

### Recommended requirements 

*Operating system:* Windows 11 64-bit

*Processor:* Dual-core or better (>1.8 GHz) Processor 

*RAM:* 4 GB (Draftable Pro will use as much RAM as needed. For larger documents, you may need more than 4 GB RAM)

*Disk space:* 1.5 GB (This excludes space required for document files or dependencies.)

*Software requirements:*

* To compare Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents and use the 'Export to Track Changes' feature, Office 2013 Pro Plus or later (including Office 365) is required.
* To perform **OCR** the use of Office 2016 (or Office 365) or later is required.
* For spreadsheet compare for Excel, you are required to have one of the following versions of Excel:
  1. Office Professional Plus 2013: This is where Spreadsheet Compare first became available.
  2. Office 2016
  3. Office 2019
  4. Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365): Spreadsheet Compare is included in the suite of tools provided by the subscription service.
