# How to run a Comparison from Microsoft Word

> In this article, we'll be able to guide you on how to run a Draftable Legal comparison directly from within Microsoft Word. This feature allows you to quickly start a comparison with an existing Word document without leaving the Word interface, streamlining your workflow and saving you time.

## How to run a Draftable Comparison from Microsoft Word

    Start with Microsoft Word and open an existing document
  </Step>

    Navigate to the **Draftable** tab and select it

    Click **Compare**

    The New Comparison window will open, with the document already preloaded for you (Note: to load the file into new comparison window, ensure the document is locally saved). Simply add the other document you wish to add to the comparison and hit **Compare**
