* **Certifications & posture**
  * Affinda/Draftable is **ISO 27001 certified**
  * Affinda/Draftable is also **SOC 2 Type 1 certified**
  * Overview of our security controls, including **encryption in transit and at rest**, **annual third-party penetration testing**, **proactive monitoring**, **MFA**, and **AWS-hosted infrastructure**.
* **Policies & legal documents**
  * Links to **Privacy Policy**, **Website Terms**, and **Product Terms** are provided alongside security information.
