Known issue
Sometimes, documents generated by non-Microsoft products (e.g. GoogleDocs) are slightly malformed. This can cause them to fail to compare when run with Draftable. We recommend thoroughly testing documents relevant to your use-case to confirm if this is the case for you. A workaround that often works is to re-save the document using Microsoft Word/Powerpoint, which can repair the malformed portions of the document.
