Customizing your Draftable API account and comparison viewer
Your Draftable API account comes with sensible defaults, but many aspects of your account and the online comparison viewer can be tailored to your organisation’s needs.
These settings are managed by the Draftable team on your behalf. To change any of the options below, contact Draftable support from the email address associated with your account and let us know what you would like to adjust. We will confirm the change and apply it to your account.
There is nothing to install or configure on your side. Tell us what you would like changed and we will take care of it. Most viewer changes apply to new comparisons created after the change is made.
Account details
| Option | What you can request |
|---|
| Account email address | Update the email address associated with your account. |
File size and page limits
Each account has a default limit on the size and length of the files you can submit for comparison. By default this is approximately 40 MB per file and around 1,000 pages per file. Files above the limit are rejected and the comparison will not run.
In some edge cases these limits can be increased. If your documents are larger than the defaults, contact support and we will review your use case.
Raising file size or page limits can lead to slower comparisons and degraded performance, particularly for very large documents. We will discuss the trade-offs with you before making any change.
White labelling
If you are interested in white labelling, get in touch with our sales team and they will talk you through the options.

Side-by-side comparison options
