Why is my product key not working?

When you try to activate Draftable Business with your product key, you may see an error indicating that your license activations are all in use. This means every available activation on your license has already been allocated to a machine. This can happen unintentionally. For example, you may have previously activated Draftable on another machine and since moved on from it. Even if you no longer use that machine, deactivating Draftable Business does not automatically free up the activation. The activation remains allocated until it is manually reallocated by the Draftable team.

How to resolve this

To have your activation reallocated or to resolve any other product key issues, you need to contact the Draftable support team. Please send an email to support@draftable.com and include the following information:
  1. Your circumstance — Describe what has happened and what you are trying to do (e.g., you activated on a previous machine and need the activation moved to a new one).
  2. Your email address or product key — The email address associated with your license or the product key itself.
  3. Any further information — Anything else that may help us expedite your request.
Our support team will review your situation and reallocate your activation as needed.
