Deactivating your license
To deactivate a Draftable Clean license — for example, to move it to a different machine or reassign it to another team member — open Settings > License and click Deactivate License.Each product key has a limited number of activations. Deactivating a license releases one activation, allowing the key to be used on another machine. If you have any issues with deactivation or need additional activations, contact the Draftable support team at support@draftable.com.
Checking your license status
You can verify your current license details by opening Settings > License. The License section displays:- Status — Whether the license is active (Licensed) or expired
- Edition — Your Draftable Clean edition (e.g. draftable-clean)
- Expires — The license expiry date
- Deactivate License — Button to deactivate the license on this machine
