Deactivating your license
To deactivate a Draftable Clean license — for example, to move it to a different machine or reassign it to another team member — open Settings > License and click Deactivate License.Each product key has a limited number of activations. Deactivating removes the product key from this machine, but it does not by itself free up an activation on your license.If you need to deactivate a license so that it can be used on another machine, contact the Draftable support team at support@draftable.com and we will provide the right steps. The same applies if you need additional activations.
Checking your license status
You can verify your current license details by opening Settings > License. The License section displays:- Status — Whether the license is active (Licensed) or expired
- Edition — Your Draftable Clean edition (e.g. draftable-clean)
- Expires — The license expiry date
- Deactivate License — Button to deactivate the license on this machine
