- Added Skip Cleaning to the no-recipient default and domain rules in Settings > Add-In and Group Policy. Attachments are left unchanged when skipping applies
- Added Clean attachments in New Outlook (beta), allowing administrators to turn cleaning and pre-send checks off in New Outlook for Windows. Where no policy is set, users choose in Settings. This setting does not affect Classic Outlook, Outlook on the web, or Outlook for Mac
- Added support for reading the organisation’s actual Microsoft 365 mailbox size limit, used by the Outlook add-in
- Added source and version labels for documents imported from a document management system. Select File history beside a filename to see its source details and activity for the current session, including for local files
- [NetDocuments] Source labels, imported-version details, and save confirmations now show the document’s display version, such as 2.1, instead of an internal version number
- Updated the Group Policy templates for Skip Cleaning and the New Outlook setting. Refresh both ADMX and ADML files before configuring these options
- Templates now carry a release-specific revision. The New Outlook policy is labelled Draftable Clean 26.9.2 (or later) in the template; it ships in the public 26.10.0 release
- Fix for files with uppercase extensions remaining on Uploading
- Fix for attachment failures in New Outlook when a recipient change switches from Skip Cleaning to a cleaning profile
- Fix for toolbar grouping and inconsistent icon sizing at narrow window widths
- Fix for activity history being attributed incorrectly when files share the same name
Update the desktop application to 26.10.0 and the Outlook add-in to 1.12.110.0 to use these Outlook features together. The desktop application and add-in are updated separately. See installing the Outlook add-in and Group Policy configuration.

Features and improvements
- Added recipient-domain Skip Cleaning support. Skipped attachments are labelled Skipped and sent unchanged
- Added an explanatory pane when Clean is turned off in New Outlook for Windows
- Email size checks now use the organisation’s actual Exchange limit where available. Attachments that exceed the limit show a failure message
- Clearer messages for digitally signed files that cannot be cleaned, and clearer attachment-reordering guidance
- Fix for Allow, Prompt, and Block settings not being applied when the pane had not been opened
- Fix for sending with an outdated cleaning profile immediately after changing recipients
- Fix for new attachments being missed while the pane was still processing a previous email
- Fix for attached emails bypassing the unsupported-file Block setting
- Fix for ZIP archives with unchecked contents appearing as cleaned and bypassing unsupported-file protection
- Fix for unsupported attachments being labelled Failed or Cleaned instead of Unsupported
- Fixes for cleaned and uncleaned copies both being sent, including after recipient changes or when a batch contains a password-protected file
- Fixes for duplicate attachments leaving extra entries, blocking sending, or removing the cleaned copy when Delete duplicate was used
- Fix for removed files being reattached without cleaning while shown as Cleaned
- Fix for a same-named file attached to a different email being incorrectly treated as already cleaned after an export from the desktop app
- Fix for forwarded attachments being missed in Classic Outlook
- Fix for oversized attachments silently failing to reach recipients
- Fix for zero-byte attachments remaining Pending
- [Service Mode] The add-in now starts the user’s Draftable Clean application in the background
If Classic Outlook cannot read the send-protection settings yet, it asks you to open the Draftable Clean pane before sending. Tenants using the latest manifest receive this release automatically. Pinned deployments must be updated by an administrator.

- Combine selected files into a single PDF bundle, with an optional front-of-bundle index page, per-file bookmarks, and continuous page numbers
- Combine selected files into a single ZIP bundle from the same toolbar menu
- If any file cannot be added to a bundle, the bundle is not created and the problem files are named, so a bundle is never produced with files silently missing
- PDFs are checked for improper redaction — content visually covered but not removed — and flagged with an advisory warning. Cleaning and saving are not blocked
- [iManage] Clean with Draftable action in the iManage Work right-click menu for documents and versions. Requires a new iManage integration package to be deployed
- [NetDocuments] Image files and ZIP files can now be browsed and selected
- iManage and NetDocuments interface entries appear only where the connected system supports them
- The local file browser now opens with the Compatible Files filter selected instead of All Files
- Renaming a file now rejects characters Windows does not allow, instead of silently rewriting the name when the file is saved
- New Configure product key Group Policy for centrally deployed activation
- Five new Group Policy settings for PDF bundle defaults: index page, bookmarks, page numbers, page number format, and page number position
- Updated ADMX/ADML templates — reinstall them to see the new policies
- Licenses revalidate when the License tab is opened and refresh automatically on expiry, with no application restart needed
- [iManage] Documents in My Favourites can be selected in the picker
- [iManage] The CONVERTING status label is no longer truncated
- The prompt no longer reappears repeatedly after using Reserve all or Replace all in a custom profile
- A SharePoint sign-in that never completes now recovers
- Start Menu shortcuts are correctly created after an install

- [Add-in] Embedded email attachments (.msg and .eml) now appear in the pane as “cannot be cleaned” and follow your organisation’s unsupported-file policy, instead of being hidden
- [Add-in] Duplicate attachments are flagged in the pane with a one-click Delete duplicate action; sending is blocked until the duplicate is removed
- [Add-in] Stronger pre-send verification: the add-in validates cleaned attachment content directly and confirms the attachment list matches the pane, instead of relying on Outlook reporting alone
- [Add-in] Numerous stability improvements for attachment handling across New Outlook and Outlook Classic
- [Add-in] Attaching many files at once is faster
- [Add-in] A latest release channel is now available in the Draftable Office Deployment Guide. Pin your manifest to a specific release (for example, 1.11.0.1) to stay on a fixed version, or subscribe to the latest channel for a major version to automatically receive the newest updates within that release line

- [SharePoint] Open and clean documents directly from SharePoint Online in the desktop app
- Save cleaned documents back to your DMS (iManage, NetDocuments, and SharePoint) from the desktop app
