Integrations
SharePoint Online integration
Draftable Clean now connects directly to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. You can browse and open documents into the desktop app for scanning and cleaning, just as you already can with iManage and NetDocuments. This removes the need to download a copy locally before you can clean it. Enable it in Settings > Integrations, then sign in with a Microsoft work or school account. You can add more than one account, including accounts in different tenants, and Draftable Clean directs each request to the correct tenant. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported. SharePoint joins iManage and NetDocuments as a supported DMS integration for the desktop application. Supported file types, including images, can be selected through the SharePoint picker.Save cleaned documents back to your DMS
You can now save cleaned documents back to your DMS — iManage, NetDocuments, and SharePoint — directly from Draftable Clean. Clearer feedback when saving several files
Saving a group of files to a document management system now shows the progress of the save and which system each file is being written to. If a file cannot be saved, it is listed with the reason once the save finishes rather than failing the whole batch — for example, a document that did not originate in iManage cannot be saved there as a new version. If you cancel part way through, the files already saved are kept and the summary reports how many completed.Clean from the Windows 11 right-click menu

Automatic re-clean when you change profile
If you change the cleaning profile after a document has already been cleaned, Draftable Clean now re-cleans the file automatically using the newly selected profile. This ensures the cleaned output always reflects the profile you have chosen, without needing to trigger the clean again manually.Cleaner email hand-off
When you prepare an email from the application, Draftable Clean no longer inserts a default “Cleaned Document” subject line. Prepared emails now start with a blank subject and body, unless your administrator has configured default text, so nothing unwanted is left in outgoing messages.Simplified status bar

Clearer reporting of metadata that cannot be removed
Where a cleaning profile can only partially clean a file, Draftable Clean now tells you which metadata could not be removed, rather than reporting the file as fully cleaned. As part of this, JPEG 2000 images (JP2/JPX) embedded in PDF files are no longer presented as safely cleanable. See Supported file types for details.Admin Configuration
HTTP listener installed by default
The machine-wide MSI now installs the HTTP listener by default. This simplifies enterprise deployment by ensuring the listener required for integrations is present without additional configuration steps.Installed version visible in the app and logs
For MSI-installed deployments, the installed application version is now shown on the app screen and included in the application logs. Previously the version had to be looked up in Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps. See Updating Draftable Clean.URL protocol registration
